These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Onboard Sportswear Gift Cards issued by Onboard Sportswear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Gift Card Overview
- Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise online at www.onboardsportswear.com and in participating Onboard Sportswear retail stores.
- Gift Cards are available in physical or digital (eGift) formats.
- No fees apply to the purchase or use of the Gift Card.
2. Redemption
- Gift Cards may only be redeemed for products sold by Onboard Sportswear.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
- If your order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.
3. Expiration and Fees
- Gift Cards do not expire.
- No service fees are charged for non-use or inactivity.

- Gift Card balances can be checked online at www.onboardsportswear.com/giftcardbalance or by contacting customer support
5. Returns and Refunds
- Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our standard return policy.
- If a refund is approved for items purchased with a Gift Card, the amount will be returned to a new Gift Card.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
6. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorised Use
- Treat your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be replaced at our sole discretion and only with proof of purchase and card number.
7. Limitations
- Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for any unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or promotional purposes.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or consolidated with other balances.
8. Fraud
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Gift Card that is suspected of being obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
- Onboard Sportswear reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
- Continued use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.
