How to measure

Chest

To make your measurements as accurate as possible, place a measuring tape directly under each armpit at seam and lay tape flat across chest.

Length

Measure from the high shoulder point (where neck meets shoulder) laying tape flat and straight to the bottom hem of garment, including any tapings of cuffs.

All Onboard pieces are made to order. We always try to follow this guide as close as possible but due to stitchings and factory processes we ask our customers to allow a tolerance of 1 inch. We also ask if you are in between sizes, to size up.

The Tokyo 2.0 Vortex Jersey is a fully customisable darts jersey from Onboard Sportswear, built on the premium Vortex fabric system. It combines Embossed BreezeMesh, Silktex+ and StayCool technology into a lightweight 140gsm performance weave, keeping players cool and comfortable throughout long sessions on the oche.

Tokyo 2.0 fuses Japanese visual culture with modern performance design — layered, precise, and impossible to confuse with anything else in the Vortex range. Available colourways include Bee, Green, Kasezome, Pink, Sun, Torrii. Every colourway can be paired with your team’s logo, sponsor branding, player names, and custom panel artwork — making this jersey as unique as the players wearing it.

Kasezome and Torrii bring authentic Japanese colour tradition to the oche — rich, culturally resonant names that give Tokyo 2.0 a personality unlike any other darts jersey on the market.

Sizing runs from XS to 7XL, ensuring the full team can kit up together regardless of body type. The Cascade Collar Style adds a structured, professional finish that looks as good off the oche as it does on it.
