These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all contracts entered into between Onboard Sportswear Ltd (“Onboard Sportswear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its customers (“you” or “customer”). By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Order Acceptance and Specifications
Onboard Sportswear agrees to provide goods/products and services to the customer in accordance with the written specifications supplied by the customer. Please ensure that all details, including custom designs and specifications, are correct before submitting an order.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for goods/products ordered is required at the time of placing the order.
Bespoke Design Fees: All bespoke design fees must be paid in advance before any design work is carried out.
Order Payment: Payment for the goods will be considered complete once cleared funds are received.
3. Ownership
The ownership of the goods supplied by Onboard Sportswear will not pass to the customer until full payment for the goods has been received. This means that Onboard Sportswear retains ownership of the goods until payment is made in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges will be provided during the checkout process. Onboard Sportswear will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of products; however, when delays may occur we will add an annoucement bar at the top of our website explaining, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
5. Cancellation and Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed and artwork approved, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.
6. Changes to Terms
Onboard Sportswear reserves the right to amend or update these T&Cs at any time. Any changes to the T&Cs will be reflected on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all future orders placed.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including billing details and any custom design specifications. Onboard Sportswear is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Onboard Sportswear’s liability is limited to the value of the products ordered by the customer. In no event will Onboard Sportswear be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of products from our store.
9. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Onboard Sportswear operates.
