Welcome to the WNT Trade Stockists Programme. These Terms & Conditions outline the requirements and responsibilities for all businesses to become an authorised dealer of Official WNT & Nineball merchandise supplied exclusively by Onboard Sportswear.
1. Programme Overview
The WNT Trade Stockists Programme is designed to partner with qualified retail businesses worldwide to distribute Official WNT & Nineball merchandise. Acceptance into the programme is subject to meeting all eligibility criteria and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as a registered dealer and trade partner, applicants must:

Operate a physical brick-and-mortar retail location, such as:

A retail store, or
-
A pool room / billiards venue with retail capability

Provide a valid Business License as proof of legal trading status

Demonstrate alignment with the brand standards of WNT & Nineball
The programme is open to businesses globally, provided all requirements and Terms & Conditions are met.
3. Application Process
All prospective dealers must register their interest in becoming a WNT Trade Stockist using the form on the following page: https://onboardsportswear.com/pages/wnt-trade-stockist
Once received our team will send you a dedicated Price Matrix along with a Full Application Form to complete and submit. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Onboard Sportswear.
Only approved applicants will be registered as authorised dealers and permitted to purchase and resell Official WNT & Nineball merchandise.
4. Order Requirements

Initial Order Commitment: Minimum order value of $10,000 USD

Production & Availability: Orders will be fulfilled within 4–6 weeks from confirmation

Top-Up Orders: Subsequent orders must meet a minimum value of $5,000 USD with 2 x additional orders being placed within each calendar year (January 1st to 31st December) to maintain an operation and active account.
All orders are subject to product availability and production scheduling.
5. Pricing & Shipping Terms

All merchandise is supplied on an EXW (Ex Works) basis

Registered dealers may:

Arrange their own shipping and logistics, or
-
Request a shipping quotation from us prior to dispatch
Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the dealer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms including deposits can be discussed with a member of our Trade Team.
6. Exclusivity & Supply
Onboard Sportswear is the exclusive supplier of all Official WNT & Nineball merchandise. Dealers are authorised to sell only genuine products supplied through this programme.
7. Compliance
All registered dealers must:

Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain professional representation

Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

Ensure products are sold through approved retail channels only
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of dealer status.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered dealers will be notified of any significant changes.
8. Data Protection
The data given herein will be held and processed in accordance with UK and European data protection standards. We may use that data for the purposes of communication, informing you of trade news, marketing, canvassing your thoughts, administration and security purposes.
We will not sell, share or give the above information to anyone outside of Onboard Sportswear Ltd without your explicit consent or unless the law permits or requires us to do so.
